New order can be canceled within 24 hours directly. You can't cancel an order when it lasts longer 24 hours. You have to contact us support for further resolution. Our dresses aren’t just pulled from a warehouse - once your order is confirmed, our tailors begin selecting materials in the color you requested and cutting fabric based on your measurements. Even standard size dresses are made to order for each customer. The custom nature of our dresses means our cancellation and return policy is stricter than for other items, so it’s important to order carefully. Since all of our dresses are made-to-order, each dress’s tailoring time is based on the complexity of its design and seasonal changes in demand. Each dress’s page will display an estimated tailoring time calculated based on these factors. To ensure you receive your dress on time, we recommend place your order 8-12 weeks in advance at least to avoid prolonged tailoring time during peak seasons.
YES.Bring pictures of dresses you’ve seen on other website, in magazines.Just send us your demands. We will give you a reasonable price and customize it accordingly. Make sure and give us all of your details--your ideas ,conditions (height, weight, shape, etc.) and the dress style (photos, fabric, color, cut, etc.)
Absolutely – if our standard sizes don't work for you, we can make you a custom-sized dress for a small extra charge. Custom sizing costs $29.99 for wedding dresses,formal gowns and mother dress, and $19.99 for bridesmaid,junnor & flower girls. When ordering, you’ll need to check the box for “Custom measurements” to the right of the dress’s drop-down size menu and tell us your measurements in inches. Getting professionally measured is best, but if you want to do it yourself be sure to read our measuring guide first. Avoid common mistakes by doing the following: Ask someone else to measure for you Take measurements while wearing undergarments similar to what you’ll wear with the dress Provide a bust measurement from the fullest part of your chest, not your bra size!
Chiffon: Delicate, sheer, and transparent -- made from silk or rayon, with a soft finish; often layered because of its transparency, making it popular for overskirts, sheer sleeves, and wraps. Organza: Crisp and sheer like chiffon, with a stiffer texture similar in effect to tulle, but more flowing; popular for skirts, sleeves, backs, and overlays. Satin:A heavy, smooth fabric with a high sheen on one side; very common in bridal gowns. Silk: The most sought-after, cherished fiber for wedding dresses (and also the most expensive). Chameuse: A smooth silk satin, with a glossy front and matte back. Taffeta: Crisp and smooth, with a slight rib. Tulle: Netting made of silk, nylon, or rayon; used primarily for skirts and veils (think ballerina tutus).

All of our dresses are made from scratch, whether you ordered a standard or custom size, both require tailoring time. Please check the tailoring time on the product page.
1. You can log in our website with your email and track your order status in "My orders" if you placed the order under your resigerred acount. 2. If the order was placed without signing in, you could just use "look up a single order" function to track your order. Please refer to the following steps: 1). Go to Sign In My Account at the right top of our website. 2). Click "order status" 3). Enter your Order Number and Email Address to see your order details.
Currently, you can receive an order within 3-4 weeks. Normally it takes 14-18 days for tailoring and 3-5 days for expedited shipping.
Please kindly refer to our Size Chart to choose the correct size. If your measurements align with our size chart, I suggest you choose standard size. If your measurements cannot be found in the size chart, I recommend you choose custom size to ensure the dress fits you.
Our Color Charts online have been adjusted to display color as close as possible to the color of the actual fabrics. However, camera resolution and computer monitors can mean the color may vary slightly between the photos and the actual fabric. Colors are subject to the actual dresses you get. We suggest you order a fabric swatch to view colors in person.
Yes, color swatches are just $2 each. They take anywhere from 2-10 business days to arrive.
To ensure that your dresses will be made from the same roll of fabric, please inform us of your requirement about color via email or leave us a message in the Special Instructions column at the bottom of the check-out page when placing the order.
We currently accept PayPal, common credit and debit cards, Western Union, wire transfer and realtime bank transfer for all orders (you can check the availability listed below). We also take security very seriously indeed, so your details will be safe with us.
To send a wire transfer, just submit instructions to your bank, and provide the information about our account (you can find this on the order details page). After you transfer your money, please inform us of which method you use, sender name, transaction ID and the transaction amount as well as the country you transfer the money from. You can also choose to chat now or email us.
We can ship worldwide. Please be assured that your address can be chosen from our shipping countries drop-down list when you fill in the shipping address.We have three shipping methods including expedited shipping, standard shipping and super saver shipping. Super saver shipping is only for accessories priced less than US$50.
